As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind product excellence. You’ll lead the charge in making sure everything we produce is safe, consistent, and deliciously perfect.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of QA techs  to champion GMPs and quality standards
• Reviewing batch records like a detective—ensuring every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed
• Inspecting raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to keep everything up to spec
• Keeping programs like HACCP, allergen control, sanitation, and more running like a well-oiled machine

  What You Bring to the Table

  You’ve got the knowledge, the experience, and the leadership skills to make things happen.

  We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Brings 5+ years in food manufacturing QA (plus at least 1 year leading a team)
  • Understands analytical, microbiological, and sensory testing
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
  • Is detail-obsessed (in the best way possible)
  • Communicates clearly and confidently—even in tough situations
  • Is tech-savvy enough to navigate Microsoft Office and other systems
  • Can adapt, lead through change, and keep teams moving forward

  This isn’t a desk-only job—you’ll be out on the floor making things happen. Expect:

  • Standing/walking for extended periods
  • Working in hot, cold, wet, or dusty environments
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
